These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Webolik (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

We provide e-commerce, web development, AI, design, marketing and support services. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables of each project are set out in a proposal, quote or agreement (“Agreement”). If an Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement wins.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this website and figures from our project estimator are guides only. A project is confirmed only when both sides accept a written quote or Agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Invoices are payable within the period stated in the Agreement. We may ask for a deposit before work starts and may pause work while payments are overdue. Third-party costs, such as licences, themes, apps, hosting and advertising spend, are your responsibility unless the Agreement says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, content and access to the systems we need. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any material you give us. Delays in feedback or access may move timelines and, where the scope changes, the price.

Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts once you approve it.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party software stays under its own licence. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and to use it only for the project.

Website content

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Webolik or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission. Articles, guides and downloads are general information, not professional advice.

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but results such as rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee them. Results shown in case studies are examples, not promises.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Third-party services

Our work often relies on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, payment gateways and AI providers. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or terms.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project as set out in the Agreement. You pay for work completed up to the end date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Signed Agreements keep the terms in force when they were accepted.
