Our Proven Process. Enterprise Solutions Delivered On Time, Every Time.
Process Discipline Eliminates Delivery Risk
You have been burned before. A vendor goes silent for weeks. Scope expands without anyone tracking it. The timeline slips. Critical requirements were never clearly defined. The final deliverable does not match what you expected.
Webolik’s delivery process exists to make these failures impossible. Every enterprise project follows a structured five-phase process: discovery and scoping, architecture and planning, development with weekly visibility, quality assurance and testing, and coordinated launch with ongoing support. You receive status updates on a fixed schedule. You see the work evolving. You maintain complete visibility into every decision being made.
Most Project Failures Are Process Failures
Projects do not fail because the architects lack skill. They fail because nobody defined what success looks like before the first line of code was written. Requirements were vague. Feedback loops were slow. Scope crept without anyone tracking it. Risks surfaced at the end instead of the beginning. Dependencies were not discovered until integration.
Webolik’s delivery model eliminates these problems by design, not by accident.
100% Scope Document
Every project starts with a written scope. What we build. What it costs. When it ships. No work begins without your sign-off.
Weekly Status Updates
You receive a written progress update every week. Tasks completed. Tasks in progress. Blockers identified. Next week’s plan. No chasing required.
Staging Environment
Every project gets a staging environment. You see the build evolving in real time. Not a finished product revealed at the end.
QA Before Launch
Cross-browser testing. Device testing. Performance benchmarks. Functional validation. Security scanning. Nothing ships without structured QA.
30 Days Support
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bugs and adjustments. The relationship does not end at deployment.
Single Point of Contact
One project manager owns your project end to end. You never have to repeat context or chase multiple people for answers.
Five Phases. Zero Surprises. Here is Exactly What Happens.
Every enterprise project, whether it is a custom software platform, a cloud migration, a security overhaul, or an AI system, follows the same five-phase delivery process. The specifics change. The discipline does not.
01 – Discovery (Week 1)
Every project starts by listening. We meet with your team, stakeholders, decision-makers, and subject-matter experts to understand what you need, why you need it, what success looks like, what constraints exist, and what dependencies matter.
We document business goals, technical requirements, user expectations, existing systems, integration needs, and potential risks. The output is a detailed discovery brief that becomes the foundation for everything that follows. If we identify risks or gaps at this stage, we raise them immediately. Not three weeks into development. Now.
02 – Scope and Proposal (Weeks 1-2)
The discovery brief becomes a detailed scope document. This includes a feature breakdown, technical architecture, platform recommendations, integration plan, security approach, timeline with milestones, resource allocation, and a fixed project cost.
You know exactly what is being built, how long it will take, what it will cost, and what success looks like, before any development begins. No ambiguity. No hidden fees. No scope that quietly expands without a conversation. You review, ask questions, request adjustments, and sign off. That signed scope becomes the contract both sides are held to.
03 – Design and Development (Weeks 2-6)
Your dedicated team begins building. Architecture is finalized. If the project includes design or UI/UX work, that starts first—wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes reviewed with your team before a single line of code is written.
Development follows in structured sprints. A staging environment is set up from day one so you can see the build evolving in real time. Your project manager sends weekly progress updates: tasks completed, tasks in progress, blockers, and the plan for next week. You are never left guessing. If something changes, a dependency shifts, or a requirement needs refinement, we raise it proactively and propose solutions.
04 – QA and Review (Weeks 6-7)
Nothing ships without structured quality assurance. Our QA team tests across all major browsers and devices. Every function is tested. Performance is validated against enterprise standards. Security scanning identifies vulnerabilities. Accessibility is verified against WCAG standards. Load testing validates scalability.
You review the staging environment, provide feedback, and we implement refinements. One revision round is included as standard, addressing feedback on agreed deliverables. If additional work is needed, it is quoted separately and transparently before proceeding.
05 – Launch and Support (Weeks 7-8)
Deployment is coordinated with precision. We handle production deployment, infrastructure configuration, security hardening, and final validation on the live environment. You receive complete handover documentation: system architecture, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and training for your team.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bugs and minor adjustments at no additional cost. After that, you can transition to our managed services for ongoing support or operate independently. Either way, you own everything.
Standard Deliverables on Every Project
These are not optional add-ons. They are standard deliverables on every engagement, regardless of project size or complexity.
Scope Document
A detailed, written scope with feature breakdown, technical approach, timeline, milestones, and fixed cost. Signed off before any work begins.
Staging Environment
A private staging URL where you see the build in progress. Updated continuously throughout development.
Weekly Status Updates
A written report every week covering what was completed, what is in progress, and what is coming next. Delivered on schedule.
Dedicated Project Manager
One person owns your project from discovery to launch. They coordinate the team and serve as your single point of contact.
QA and Testing
Cross-browser testing, device testing, functional validation, performance benchmarking, and security scanning. Every build goes through structured QA.
Handover Documentation
Architecture notes, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, training materials. You own everything and can operate independently.
Post-launch Support
30 days of bug fixes and minor adjustments included at no extra cost. The relationship does not end at launch.
Source Code & Version Control
All code managed in Git with clean commit history. You receive access to the repository as part of handover.
Communication is Not a Feature. It is the Foundation.
The most common complaint about development partners is not the quality of the code. It is the silence between updates. Webolik’s communication cadence is built into the delivery process, not left to chance.
Kickoff Call
Every project begins with a structured kickoff where we introduce the team, confirm the scope, align on preferences, and set expectations for the first sprint. You meet the people who will be building your system, not a sales team that disappears after the contract is signed.
Weekly Written Updates
Every Friday, you receive a written status update: tasks completed, tasks in progress, blockers (if any), and the plan for the following week. These updates are consistent, structured, and sent on schedule regardless of meetings.
Sprint Demos
At the end of each development sprint, we walk you through what was built. You see it working on the staging environment, ask questions, and provide feedback in real time. Feedback is documented and prioritized for the next sprint.
Escalation Path
If something is not working—timeline, quality, communication—you have a direct escalation path. We address concerns within 24 hours. Problems do not get buried. They get resolved.
What Makes This Different
Fixed Pricing
The price in the scope document is the price you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately and approved before work begins. You never receive an invoice that does not match what was agreed.
Proactive Risk Management
If we see a risk, we raise it immediately with a proposed solution. You never discover problems at launch that were visible during development.
Knowledge Transfer
Everything we build is yours. Code, designs, documentation, credentials. We provide training so your team can operate independently. We earn ongoing relationships; we do not engineer lock-in.
Accountability
Your project manager is accountable for the timeline. The tech lead is accountable for architecture. QA is accountable for quality. Clear ownership at every level.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical enterprise project take?
It depends on complexity. Custom software platforms typically take 8 to 16 weeks. Cloud migrations take 6 to 12 weeks. Security overhauls take 4 to 8 weeks. AI integrations take 6 to 10 weeks. Every project gets a fixed timeline confirmed in the scope document. We do not give ranges without context. We give specific timelines based on your specific requirements.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
Scope changes happen. When they do, we document the new requirement, assess the impact on timeline and cost, and send you a change request for approval. No work happens on new scope without your written sign-off. This protects both sides.
How do you handle communication across time zones?
Your account manager is US-based and operates on US business hours. Development work is scheduled to maximize overlap with your timezone. Async communication—Slack messages, written updates, recorded demos—ensures nothing gets blocked by time zone differences. Urgent matters are escalated in real time regardless of the hour.
Do you work with our existing tools and systems?
Yes. We adapt to your workflow, your project management tool, your communication platform, your code repository, and your hosting infrastructure. We do not force you onto our tools unless you prefer it.
What if we are not happy with the quality?
Raise it immediately. Every project includes a structured revision round. If there is a quality issue, your project manager escalates it internally and we resolve it. Our process surfaces quality issues early—through weekly updates, sprint demos, and staging access—so quality failures rarely survive to launch.
What is included in 30-day post-launch support?
Bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical support related to the deliverables in the original scope. This does not include new feature development or work outside the agreed scope. If additional work is needed, it is quoted separately before proceeding.
