Please note:

• We support current and recent platform versions
• Older product versions may not remain compatible with future platform updates
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility
• Compatibility issues with legacy systems are not guaranteed

Standard Support Includes:

• Response to support inquiries (support hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST)
• Support covers all business days including holidays

Extended Support:

• Available for additional fee
• Extends beyond the standard 30-day period
• Covers advanced troubleshooting and customization

Note: We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, modules, or custom code.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers
